How to get here from the Airport

Simply walk out of the arrivals area and walk straight onto the metro.
Get on the M2 towards Vanløse.
Get of at Kongens Nytorv and change to the M3 via Østerport.
Your stop is Nørrebro.
Step out of the metro, turn around and you will see a building with the writing Nørrebro Bycenter on it – that’s us!
Check-in is one the first floor.

How to get here by train ( from Central Station )

If you’re arriving into Copenhagen by rail at Københavns Hovedbanegård take the metro located behind the station.
Get on the M3 via Frederiksberg.
Your stop is Nørrebro.
Step out of the metro and in front of you, you will see a building with the writing Nørrebro Bycenter on it – that’s us!
Check in is one the first floor.

How to get here by bus ( from Central Station )

If you’re getting into Copenhagen by bus a short ride on the metro will take you to Urban Camper.
You find the metro at the end of Ingerslevgade on the left side of the central bus station.
Get on the M3 via Frederiksberg.
Your stop is Nørrebro.
Step out of the metro, turn around and you will see a building with the writing Nørrebro Bycenter on it – that’s us!

What kind of rooms do we have, and what’s included?

The tents are set up as four people dorm-tents each with two bunk beds.
We also have a female only dorm-tent for four females.
A standard private double tent with a double bed is also an option.
We also have two “normal” rooms i.e. not tents. However, these “normal” rooms are actually far from normal and you have the option of staying in a “fun fact” room” or a “knight” room. Curious? Book it and see for yourself.
All types of accommodation are with brand-new, shared bathroom and shower facilities.
Each bed has an allocated locker where you safely can store away all your valuables. There is a charger with USB ports in each bed so you can make sure you’ll be starting you day in CPH with your batteries freshly charged.
Included in the price of all the beds are free linen and towels, Wi-Fi and a light continental breakfast.

The concept - who and what are we?

We are a brand-spanking-new, low-budget hostel concept focusing on social and affordable accommodation for travellers keen to stray from the beaten track of touristy Copenhagen.
How does Urban Camper work? It’s actually in the name and Urban Camper is a very self-explanatory name, when staying with us you’ll literally be camping in the city because we have pitched our tents inside a building safe from occasionally the nasty Danish weather outside.

Check-in

Our hostel has staff on-site 24/7 and check-in is also open around the clock. However, if you arrive after midnight, please let us know so we can make sure your bed is ready for you.

Facilities

At Urban Camper cooking your own food isn’t an option, however we have a great bar that serves warm sandwiches, salads, yogurts, fruit, etc.
At our large, green, comfortable common area we have a fussball table and heaps of fun games.
Urban Camper also has a bike rental service where you can rent a bike and explore Copenhagen like a local.
We also provide storage lockers that can be used to store any luggage should you need it after checking out. We charge 20 DKK per locker.

Work functions and private parties

We love parties at Urban Camper and would love to host your next private party or work function. With our big lounge area and bar with heaps of fun games our bar is the perfect location for a fun and relaxed casual party. Get in touch so we can get busy finding a good deal for you.
